If you feel we have not dealt with your concerns please come and see us, or email us, or put your concerns in writing. We will reply in writing within 14 days of receiving them. We will be happy to discuss them with you further, if you wish to.
If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman.
You should do this within six months of receiving our reply.
